Haag Brown acquired a 1.19-acre site at Wedington Drive and Timberland Lane for a Starbucks-anchored retail development in west Fayetteville.
The project plan paired Starbucks with Arkansas Braces in front of Walmart Neighborhood Market. Greg Haag and Joshua Brown worked with CBRE Northwest Arkansas and Flake & Kelley Commercial on the transaction.
