Haag Brown’s Searcy project paired Starbucks with Arkansas Braces at East Race Street and Rand Drive.
The plan replaced the former Marple Auto Sales site with a 6,300-square-foot retail center. Greg Haag and Joshua Brown worked with Hank Kelley of Flake & Kelley to bring the project together.
