At Highland Drive and Red Wolf Boulevard, The Highlands redevelopment focused on renewing a seven-acre shopping center at one of Jonesboro’s principal retail intersections.
Haag Brown’s Zac Qualls oversaw the redevelopment for G&P Development. The work included exterior and interior improvements, updated landscaping and parking, and removal of two buildings to improve visibility. U.S. Pizza was secured for a 6,000-square-foot space facing Highland Drive.
