Arthritis & Rheumatism Associates became the first completed project at The Reserve at Hill Park when it opened in February 2017.

The 5,030-square-foot medical office was created for Dr. Beata Filip-Majewski and Dr. Leslie McCasland within Haag Brown’s lifestyle-oriented office development.

The office sits on a 0.52-acre site facing the development's three-acre lake. Its program includes a large waiting and reception area, an on-site laboratory and X-ray facility, eight exam rooms, and two consultation rooms, combining the needs of a specialty practice with the park's outdoor setting.

Haag Brown's work extended beyond construction to an investment sale and property management. The management assignment included rent collection, bill payments, maintenance scheduling, and coordination with the practice, connecting the physical development with its day-to-day operational needs.
