About the Project
Haag Brown represented Highland Square’s ownership in securing Ross Dress for Less for the former Kmart space at Highland Drive and Caraway Road.
The lease placed Ross in a 22,000-square-foot northern endcap with Highland Drive frontage, creating a new use for a long-established retail anchor.
