Majewski Plastic Surgery & Spa brought a medical office, surgery-center concept and spa together in a 9,390-square-foot project at The Reserve at Hill Park.

Designed with Dr. W. Tomasz Majewski’s active involvement, the facility faces the development’s three-acre lake. The office and spa program included consultation and procedure rooms, a laser-treatment room and a 1,200-square-foot spa.

Haag Brown helped coordinate the project from building design and internal workflow to branding and marketing for the practice. The work paired Dr. Majewski's design priorities with the practical requirements of consultation, treatment, and patient reception.

A landscaped courtyard connects the project with the neighboring Arthritis & Rheumatism Associates medical office. Together, the two buildings illustrate Hill Park's approach to medical development: distinct clinical spaces within a shared landscape, with the lake and walking trail forming part of the broader office environment.
