Haag Brown partnered with NEA Baptist on a new clinic location along Interstate 555 in Trumann, on Industrial Park Access Road.

The project secured a long-term lease for a larger, more visible medical facility near the Walmart and Orscheln retail development, supporting NEA Baptist’s expansion beyond its downtown location.

The project plan called for a 7,000-square-foot medical office on 1.2 acres, with a large waiting room, 15 exam rooms, and four physician offices.

Haag Brown and NEA Baptist structured a long-term lease around the move from the clinic's downtown location. Site selection focused on visibility and access along the Interstate 555 corridor, together with room to support expanded services.
