About the Project
Haag Brown secured Qdoba and The Everyday Chef for Parkwood Center, an 8,100-square-foot, three-tenant building in the former fairgrounds redevelopment.
Haag Brown represented the Craighead County Fair Association in the 1.30-acre land sale and handled leasing for Nix Development. Cahoon Steiling Architectural Studio designed the center, positioned on Parkwood Drive facing Sissy’s Log Cabin and Panera Bread.
