Southern Pharmacy · Jonesboro

Haag Brown Medical Holdings announced Southern Pharmacy's first ground-up development in Jonesboro in May 2022. The project was planned as a free-standing, drive-through pharmacy at Red Wolf Boulevard and Apache Drive, near the Interstate 555 exit.

The design took cues from the circulation and convenience of a modern drive-through coffee shop. The objective was a larger, updated facility that could serve customers efficiently while giving the locally owned pharmacy its own building.

Joshua Brown secured the deal and served as developer. The project was coordinated alongside NEA Baptist's Urgent Care PLUS development, creating individualized facilities for the pharmacy and the medical practice.
