About the Project
At Elm Springs Road and North 48th Street, Haag Brown developed a freestanding Starbucks at the signalized entrance to the Mercy Hospital campus.
The project was part of a 2.7-acre acquisition from Mercy Health System, planned as three outparcels. The Starbucks design included a full-service drive-through, outdoor patio seating and landscaping, with StoneBridge Construction as general contractor.
