About the Project
At the intersection of Bloomington Street and East Monroe Avenue, Haag Brown secured a 0.83-acre site for Starbucks’ entry into Lowell.
The project was designed around Starbucks’ drive-through-only format, with a walk-up window and outdoor seating. Its compact footprint pairs a familiar coffee destination with a highly visible corner location.
