About the Project
Haag Brown helped bring Tacos 4 Life to the entrance of Harber Meadows in West Springdale, near Arvest Ballpark.
The project placed the restaurant within a planned 9,900-square-foot retail center with frontage on JTL Parkway and West Sunset Avenue. Haag Brown worked with Robin Nix of JRN Investments and Tacos 4 Life to assemble the project.
The center's tenant mix also included Radiant Eye Care, which opened its first location at 1210 JTL Parkway in 2020, between Tacos 4 Life and The Buttered Biscuit. Haag Brown helped secure the optometry practice's location within Har-Ber Meadows, extending the center's mix of dining and medical uses.
