About the Project
In 2016, Haag Brown represented Tech Friends’ $5.6 million purchase of the 55,000-square-foot former Coca-Cola plant at Highland Drive and Caraway Road in Jonesboro, Arkansas, finding a site with the fiber and electrical infrastructure the company needed.
