E-Commerce Park

Haag Brown established E-Commerce Park along Interstate 555 at the gateway into Jonesboro to meet demand for logistics, warehousing and digital fulfillment space.

The park’s master plan provides for up to three million square feet of logistics, warehouse and manufacturing space, with access to the Memphis distribution market and room for businesses to grow.

The development focuses on logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and digital fulfillment, with a master plan that allows companies to expand within the same location. Hytrol's 150,000-square-foot distribution center was the park's first lease and a starting point for that long-term vision.

Interstate access and proximity to Memphis were central to the site's positioning. The park was conceived to help Northeast Arkansas companies meet their distribution and storage needs locally rather than move those functions outside the region.
