    About the Project

    Haag Brown launched The Reserve at Hill Park in 2016 as a 27-acre, lifestyle-oriented office development within the Windover Park area of Jonesboro. The master plan brings professional and medical offices into a setting shaped around a three-acre lake, mature trees, and outdoor space.

    A scenic walking and running trail, waterfront pavilion, and fishing dock connect the workday with the landscape. The concept was built around a simple idea: an office environment can support the people who use it by making room for activity, time outdoors, and connections beyond the building.

    The development has brought together projects for Arthritis & Rheumatism Associates, Majewski Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa, Family Physicians of Jonesboro, Stonebridge Construction, and Haag Brown's own corporate office. Individual buildings share the larger park setting while retaining space for each organization's needs.
