The Reserve at NEA

The Reserve at NEA is an 11-acre, lifestyle-focused medical development created through Haag Brown's partnership with NEA Baptist in Jonesboro. Located beside the NEA Baptist Health System campus, the project applies the office-park concept established at The Reserve at Hill Park to a setting designed around patients, healthcare teams, and their families.

The master plan provides for six potential building sites, individual patio areas, and a multi-use walking trail that connects the development to NEA Baptist. Water features, a lakeside pavilion, and three green-space areas form a shared landscape beyond the individual clinic buildings.

The development's medical projects include NEA Baptist Pediatrics and Dermatology and the NEA Baptist Pain Management Clinic. Direct pedestrian and vehicle connections to the hospital campus were central to the plan, bringing specialty practices close to the broader health system while giving them a distinct, less institutional setting.
