First Horizon Bentonville

In June 2021, Haag-Brown Encore Holdings acquired the First Horizon Bank property at 706 S. Walton Boulevard, at the intersection of 8th Street and Walton Boulevard.

The redevelopment plan centered on a 20,000-square-foot office building on nearly three acres, with First Horizon anchoring 7,000 square feet of renovated space and additional space planned for other office tenants.

In May 2025, Wagner Medical Clinic opened its first Northwest Arkansas location in the redeveloped First Horizon building at 8th & Walton. The addition brought primary-care services into the office redevelopment.

Haag Brown's Nathan Eller represented the development's owner in securing the multi-year lease, while Kyle Conrad of Focus Commercial Real Estate represented Wagner Medical Clinic.
