About the Project
Haag Brown acquired Southwest Drive Business Center in 2022, continuing its investment in the corridor near Main Street, Southwest Drive and Highland Drive.
The property comprises three multi-tenant office and retail buildings. Joshua Brown and Zac Qualls worked with the prior ownership, W&V Investments, to negotiate the acquisition.
