About the Project
The former Sears building at Highland Drive and Caraway Road became the focus of a redevelopment led by two Jonesboro businesses, Gearhead Outfitters and Gamble Home.
Their acquisition encompassed the 82,000-square-foot building and 5.8-acre site. Plans paired new retail uses with an updated exterior, covered plaza, upgraded walkways, landscaping and open green space within the former Indian Mall development.
