About the Project
Haag Brown developed Hytrol's 150,000-square-foot distribution center, the first project in Jonesboro's E-Commerce Park. The state-of-the-art facility sits near Interstate 555 and serves as Hytrol's main warehouse, which let the company consolidate three warehouses into one and free up space at its main plant for growth. Hytrol and Haag Brown, both headquartered in Jonesboro, invested eight figures in the project to help Northeast Arkansas industries find modern logistics space close to home instead of going outside the region. The park sits at the gateway to Jonesboro's industrial market and is planned for up to 3 million square feet of logistics, warehouse and manufacturing space, within an hour of Memphis.
The warehouse consolidation was designed to do more than move inventory. By relocating stored equipment and combining distribution functions, the project could free space at Hytrol's main plant for administrative functions, its panel shop, engineering, and other support activities.
Ramsons led construction, with civil engineering by Fisher Arnold and architectural work by Cooper Mixon Architects. The partnership connected Hytrol's operating requirements with Haag Brown's larger plan for modern logistics and industrial space in Jonesboro.
