Sunken Lands Development

Sunken Lands Development brings together Haag Brown and Roach Manufacturing's vision for a lifestyle-focused, mixed-use development in Trumann. The site fronts Interstate 555 along Industrial Park Access Road, with plans that pair industrial space with places to work, shop, live, and spend time outdoors.

The initial development plan centers on an 80,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility for Roach Manufacturing, including office space, dock access, parking, and room for future expansion. The warehouse is an anchor within the larger development, rather than the entire project.

The broader master plan includes office and retail space, restaurant outparcels, single-family and multi-family housing, water features, and walking and cycling connections. Ecological Design Group was selected to master-plan the development, incorporating water retention and drainage into the proposed Sunken Land Trail network.
