About the Project
Haag Brown secured a 1.01-acre site for Tacos 4 Life along South Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers, adjacent to Legacy National Bank.
The project plan called for a 3,800-square-foot freestanding restaurant with frontage on both South Pinnacle Hills Parkway and South JB Hunt Drive. Haag Brown worked with Tom Allen of Sage Partners and the property’s ownership to bring the deal together.
