About the Project
In 2016, Haag Brown represented the seller of Woodsprings Plaza, a 10,000-square-foot retail center and separate 7,000-square-foot warehouse on Woodsprings Road in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Haag Brown later bought the property, redeveloped it and re-leased it to new tenants.
